Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 tsp beef bouillon
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 1 can niblets corn
• 2-3 cups mashed potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350F. Brown ground beef and onion. Stir in flour, bouillon and water. Spread in the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Spread corn over the meat. Top the corn with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees or until potatoes have begun to brown on top.
