Ingredients
- 14-oz. can chickpeas
- 6 ozs. cut green beans
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 2 Tbsp. chopped capers
- 1 Tbsp. finely grated lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Toss chickpeas (or cannellini beans) and green beans.
Add fresh parsley leaves, olive oil, fresh chives, chopped capers, lemon zest, lemon juice and red pepper flakes in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper.
