Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (usually omit)
- (combine in a small bowl and set aside)
- 8 oz. white cheddar
- 8 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp worcestire sauce
- 2 tsp hot pepper sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 2 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients. Chill 1 hours. Shape into ball. Roll in peanuts/parsley.
(I usually make 2 smaller balls)
