Ingredients
- 2/3 cup low-fat milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons malted milk powder (like Carnation brand)
- 1/2 cups light, no-sugar added chocolate or vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup crushed ice

Step 1
1. Combine milk and malted milk powder in a blender. Blend to mix.
2. Add ice cream and crushed ice and blend on high until the ice is completely incorporated and the shake is thick and creamy.
