Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons softened unsalted butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons cold strong brewed coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt

Step 1
In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on high speed, beat butter for 1 minute or until light and creamy. Gradually beat in sugar until blended. Beat in cocoa, coffee, vanilla and salt until blended.
