- 4 oz tomato-basil feta
- 2 Tb green onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 Tb grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
In small bowl mix feta, green onion and 3 Tb beaten egg.
Do not unroll dough; separate long roll into 2 shorter rolls at center perforations. Unroll 1 roll until 1 rectangle can be seperated from roll. Press dough into 7 (1/2x5) rectangles, press seams to seal.
Top each dough square with slightly rounded tsp of feta chese. Fold dough over filling, forming triangles. Press edges to seal.
Brush tops with remaining egg. Sprinkle with parmasen cheese.
