Ingredients
- 5 pounds pork
- 2 tbsp. salt
- Dozen black peppercorns, crushed or ground pepper
- 1 small onion
- garlic, (1/2 clove)
- mustard seed (maybe 1/2 tbsp.)
- 1 glass cold water
- For 20 lbs. it was 2 tbsp mustard seed so you can use your judgement.
