Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breast, cooked & chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzerella
  • 1 red bell peper, diced
  • 3 Tb parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lemon
  • 3/4 c. mayo
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 2 pkg cresent rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

Chop chicken and bell pepper. Zest 1 tsp lemon zest, juice lemon for 2 Tbs.

Combine chicken, bell pepper, lemon zest, juice, parsely, garlic, mozz cheese, mayo, parm and seasoning. mix well.

Arrange crescent rolls on pan, take one half of can (4 rolls) and leave them connected. Place doen the middle of the pan. Take the remaining 12 rolls and place them along long edge of the first 4 with point of crescent going out over side of pan. Place 6 on either side.

Spoon mixture down center of braid. Starting at top of braid, pick up end of roll on left and right. Criss cross over filling at an angle. Repeat until done.

Seperate egg and whisk egg white. Brush top of crescent roll with egg white. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese over top.

Bake 28-30 mins
