Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1/4 lb. ham
- 1/4 lb. provolone cheese
- 1/4 lb. genoa salami
- 1/4 lb. swiss cheese
- 1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
- 12 oz. roasted red peppers - drained
- 3 eggs - beaten
- black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Spray a 9 X 13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Open one can of rolls, pinch seams together and place in pan as a bottom crust.
Add layers of ingredients in this order: ham, provolone, salami, swiss, pepperoni, peppers.
Beat the eggs and add pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Pour the egg mixtures over the peppers.
Repeat the above step with the second can of rolls and use as top crust.*
Brush with egg wash
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered with foil.
Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer or until lightly brown.
*Use a piece of wax paper sprayed with non-stick cooking spray as a work surface for the rolls.
