Cinderella's Cheese French Toast

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 2 c milk
• 1 T vanilla extract
• 3 T baking powder
• 6 T sugar
• 2 c flour
• frying oil
• 6 cheese Danish, cut into squares

Preparation

Step 1

Mix eggs, milk and vanilla together. Sift baking powder, sugar, and flour and add to egg mixture. Let stand 10 minutes.

Bring shortening to 375. Dip cheese Danish in egg batter and place dipped brea din fryer until golden brown on one side and turn over to brown the other side. Roll in cinnamon/sugar and serve.
