Ingredients

  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 16 oz. Sour Cream
  • 2 eggs- beaten
  • 1/2 c Chopped onion
  • 1 c Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 16oz Can Cream Corn
  • 1 16oz Can Hole Corn - Drained
  • 1 Pkg Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Mix all ingredients in order given above in a large bowl. Pour into a 13 by 9 greased pan. Bake 50-60 min.
