Pineapple Carrot nut Cake*

I made up this recipe, because I had tasted a cake similar and could not find out who had baked the cake, to ask for the recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1-1/2 cup pineapple pieces

Step 1
Cream sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil together. Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Add to creamed ingredients; a little at a time. Add Carrots, coconut, pineapple, nuts and raisins. Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
