Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup nonfat milk (or unsweetened soy milk)
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 2 taspoons granulated no-calorie sweetener (or 1 packet)
  • 1/8 teaspoon alond extract
  • 2/3 cup crushed ice

Step 1

1. Place half the milk and cottage cheese (or yogurt) in a blender. Blend well until mixture is smooth. Add the remaining ingredients, except the ice, and blend briefly.

2. Add crushed ice and blend on high until the ice is completely incorporated.
