- 2 cans mexican stewed tomatoes
- half garlic clove, peeled
- half onion, diced
- chile tepin, half bag or less
- half bunch of cilantro
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp chipotle in adobo sauce (la costena)
- half bag of a menudo mix (el guapo)
- little salt
