Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• Filling:
• 2-8 oz pkgs cream cheese
• 1/2 C sugar plus 2 T
• 1/2 t vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 C sour cream
• 2 pints fresh strawberries
• Bake pie crust:
• 3 C flour
• 1 1/3 C shortening
• 1 t salt
• 5 T water
• 1 T vinegar
• 1 egg, not beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Mix, roll and put pie crust into pan.
Mix cream cheese, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 40-50 min or until firm. When cooled, decorate with strawberries.
