Ingredients
- 2 ts cornstarch
- 4 ts rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chili garlic sauce
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 ts lemon juice
- 1/4 ts ground ginger
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/4 ts minced garlic

Preparation
Step 1
1. In sm bowl dissolve cornstarch in rice wine vinegar.
2. Combine the vinegar solution w/ the remaining ingredients in a sm saucepan over med/low heat. Heat mixture, stirring often, until sauce reaches a boil, then remove it from the heat; then cool, cover, and chill.
3. To use sauce, pour 1/4 cup over 12 cooked chicken wings, breaded tenders, or chicken nuggets and toss gently until coated.
Makes 3/4 cup sauce (enough to coat 36 wings).
