Ingredients
- 8 ounces green chilies chopped
- 10 eggs
- 1 1/2 pound Jack cheese
- 1/2 cube butter
- 1 small can evaporated milk

Step 1
Butter and flour 9 x 13 baking dish. Line with peppers and dot with butter salt and pepper. Sprinkle flour on butter. Layer on grated cheese. Beat eggs with milk (Don't beat too much). Pour over cheese and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes & serve.
