Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1-1/2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/3 cup mild salsa

Preparation
Step 1
1. In medium saucepan, bring water and onion salt to a full boil. Stir in rice and vegetables. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
2. Stir salsa into rice mixture. Cook over medium heat until liquid is absorbed and mixture is heated through (2 to 3 minutes).
