Blackberry Grilled Cheese Sandwich

By

If Elvis Presley had his peanut butter and banana grilled sandwich to die for, I have this blackberry preserves and grilled cheese sandwich as my addiction. I discovered this sandwich recipe a few months ago in one of the magazines I bought and it has been a regular source of comfort ever since. For variety, I often switch around the fruit preserves I use: raspberry, orange marmalade, grape, or whatever jellies I have on hand. All are gooey good choices!
