Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbs. minced onion
- 4 Tbs. tomato soup
- 2 soup cans full of water

Preparation
Step 1
Wash rice thoroughly.
Combine with beef, salt, pepper, minced onion and 4 Tbs. tomato soup.
Make 12 meatballs and place in casserole.
Add rest of soup, mixed with water.
Cover casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes and use liquid in casserole as gravy (thicken gravy with flour mixed in a little water, if necessary).
