Ingredients

  • 1 C butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 C confectioner's sugar
  • 2 C all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream butter, blend in sugar gradually. Add flour fradually and then vanilla.

Press mixture into cookie molds and bake in center of oven for 15 minutes or until light brown on top. Let cool in molds 5-10 minutes before removing.

Note: Cakes brown very quickly near end of baking time!
