So first step to prepare this amazing ,delecious and easy recipe isto combine one instant vanilla pudding packet and half of the milk called for on the package. Then you need now to whisk till it begins to thicken.
After all that now fold in 1 8 oz container of Cool Whip.
A great frosting ....Finally spread on cakes & piped onto cupcakes,
