Ingredients
- dough:
- 2 cups warm water or milk (or combo of both)
- 1 pkg yeast
- 6 eggs
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 lb Crisco
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 - 8 cups flour (as much as needed)
- filling:
- 2 containers nutella
- coating:
- 1 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
proof yeast in 3 tbsp of sugar (10 min)
add baking powder to flour. set aside
melt Crisco until like oil.
mix proofed yeast mixture with Crisco.
mix everything together and add flour, 1 cup of flour at a time until soft dough (should be soft like pizza dough).
cover with plasstic and refrigerate over night.
make into little balls and let rise (8 balls).
after risen, roll into circles like pizza (thin) (add flour to roll) cut like pizza sections (widest edge 2 inches).
spoon nutella into thick side and roll like cressant.
cook at 325 degrees c for 10 - 15 minutes. after cooked dip in sugar
