Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound sirloin steak
- 1/4 cup flour
- dash pepper
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups cooked noodles

Step 1
Cut meat in thin strips dust with flour and pepper in large skillet. Brown meat in margarine. Add mushrooms, onion and minced garlic, brown lightly and stir in soup. Cover and cook about one hour or until meat is tender, stirring now and then. Gradually blend in sour cream. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Servo over noodles or rice.
