Ingredients
- 14 oz caramels
- 2/3 c evaporated milk
- 1 pkg chocolate cake mix
- 3/4 c butter, melted
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 c chocolate chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 pan.
In saucepan, combine caramels and 1/3 c. evap milk. Cook over low heat until completely melted. Set aside.
Combine cake, melted butter, 1/3 c. evap milk and nuts. Stir by hand until dough holds together. Press half of cake mixture into bottom of pan.
Sprinkle choc. chips over cake, spread caramel over chips. Pat rest of cake mixture over caramels.
Bake 20-25 mins. Cool slightly. Refrigerate 30 mins before cutting and serving
