Ingredients
- 1 tsp Active Dried Yeast
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup H2O
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Step 1
STARTER
1.) Combine Yeast & H2O. Whisk in 1 cup Flour. Cover w/ plastic & set aside @ room temp. for 3 to 24 hours. (Longer time = Sourer the Dough)
2.) Add Salt & 2 cups Flour to the starter. Knead until pliable, ~ 5 min.. Set aside in warm place until has double in size, ~ 40 min.
