Step 1
Several different set of directions:
**Sear tenderloin; bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes until 145-150 degrees internal temperature
** 1-4 lbs tenderloin. Roast at 475 degrees for 30 minutes and then decrease temp. to 425 degrees for 1 hr) until 155 degrees internal
** 4.5lbs tenderloin (2 pks with 2 in each package
500 degrees; roast 20 minutes
** 2 trimmed tenderloins (1 lb. each) Roast at 500 degrees for 10 minutes; flip over until 155 degrees internal; roast 8 minutes more; rest 10 minutes and cut 1/2 inch thick.
** 475 degrees for 10-20 minutes until internal temp of 140-145 degrees
** 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes; rest for 10 minutes.
