Ingredients
- 2 sides pork spareribs
- 1/2 can (measured in soup can) vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 10 ounce cans Tomato Soup
- 1/2 can white sugar
- oil for browning

Step 1
On the day before serving: Cut ribs into serving pieces. Brown well. place ribs in deep bowl. Discard fat, add soup, vinegar, sugar and dry mustard. Bring to boil and stir well to blend. Pour over ribs and stand in refrigerator overnight. Line Jellyroll pan with foil, pour ribs into pan one deep. Bake at 400 uncovered 45 minutes.
