Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 C. butter, softened
- 1/4 C. icing sugar
- 1 C. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Filling:
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 C. white sugar
- Topping:
- Any fruit (mandarin oranges, grapes, cherries, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, etc.)
- Glaze:
- 1 C. clear juice (apple or pineapple)
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1/2 C. sugar

Directions
Combine crust ingredients well and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 12-15 minutes; or until golden. Cool. Meanwhile, combine filling ingredients and spread over cooked crust. Arrange topping fruit decoratively over cream cheese. For glaze, bring to a slow boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Spread immediately over fruit, and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve as is, or with cool whip.
