Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds round steak
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 to 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 can mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
- flour
- oil

Step 1
cut steak into serving pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour and brown both sides in hot oil. Place i casserole or pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover with tight fitting lid or foil. Bake 3-3 1/2 hours at 250 to 275.
