Ingredients
- 1 round steak (2 pounds)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 Tablespoons shortening
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 Tablespoon celery seeds
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 4 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 Tablespoons prepared mustard
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 can tomato soup

Step 1
Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Melt shortening in heavy skillet. Brown steak with onion, celery seed and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered 1 1/2 hours. Check after 45 minutes and add a little water if necessary and stir.
