Ingredients
- 1/3 of a French baguette
- 3 Tbsp pesto
- 2 1/2 oz sliced roasted turkey
- 4 sliced pickled cherry peppers
- 2 oz fresh mozzarella

Preparation
Step 1
Cut baguette in half horizontally. Spread pesto evenly over cut sides of baguette. Layer turkey, peppers, and mozzarella (torn into large pieces) on bottom of baguette. Replace baguette top to make a sandwich. Cut in half, if desired. Serve immediately.
