- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 1/2
- cup water
- 1/2 1/2
- cup sugar
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 small package black cherry Jello
- 1 package Cool Whip

Preparation
Step 1
Bring pineapple, water and sugar to a boil in a medium pan. Remove from heat and add cream cheese and Jello. Mix well. Fold pineapple mixture into Cool Whip. Refrigerate one hour before serving.
