Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1/2 lb ground veal
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 3 baking potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 2 onions chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1-2 t poultry seasoning
- dash of sage

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil potatoes till tender, drain and mash.
Meanwhile cook the 3 meats and onion with seasonings in a frying pan till cooked, about 20-30 minutes. Make sure meat crumbles.
Combine the potatoes and meat mixture and put in a casserole. Sprinkle about 1/4 c of chicken broth or turkey broth over top, cover and bake for about 30 minutes.
