Ingredients
- Seasoning:
- 1-1/2 lb fresh prawn
- 6 slices ginger
- 3 stalks scallion
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 8 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon “HON-DASHI”
- Dipping sauce (2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon mustard)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Trim the prawns, and de-vein.
2. Bring water to boil, add ginger, scallion, and seasoning; then arrange prawns in the pot, bring to boil again for 1 1/2 minutes.
3. Remove from stock, serve hot with dipping sauce.
