Ingredients
- 1 10 1/2 ounce can onion soup
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 Tablespoon flour (I omit)
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

Step 1
In bowl combine 13 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties. In skillet brown patties. Pour off fat. gradually blend remaining soup into remaining ingredients and stir to loosen browned bits. Cover, cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
