Ingredients

• 1 pie crust
• 2-3 tomatoes, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1/2 c cheddar, grated
• 1/2 c parmesan, grated
• 1 c mayo

Preparation

Step 1

Place pie crust in the bottom of a pie pan. Bake @ 360 degrees for 6 minutes. Remove from oven, place a layer of tomatoes, then a layer of onions, sprinle with flour, season to taste. Repeat tomato and onion layer. Combine cheese's with mayonaise, spread accross the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
