Ingredients
- 1 medium potato, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/4 lb cooked ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 2 Tbsps all-purpose flour
- 1 oz (1/4 cup) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce

Step 1
Place potato in medium saucepan; add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add broccoli; cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until potato and broccoli are tender.
Meanwhile, melt butter in medium nonstick saucepan over medium heat. Add ham and onion; cook about 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
In measuring cup or medium bowl, combine milk and flour; blend well. Add to ham mixture; cook and stir until bubbly and thickened. Add cheese; cook and stir over low heat until melted.
Drain potato and broccoli; add to ham mixture. Stir in hot pepper sauce.
