Ingredients
- 1 can cut Italian green beans- drained
- 1 can kidney beans-drained
- 1 can ceci beans
- 1 onion sliced- in rings
- 1 medium green pepper-thin strips
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 clove garlic-crushed or minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated lemon peel
- 11/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Step 1
In large bowl combine beans, onions and green pepper. Shake or blend remaining ingredients together. Pour over vegetables. Cover and Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Drain before serving.
