  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large container cool whip
  • Chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake mix as directed and bake in 9 x 13 pan. while cake is still hot, poke holes with fork on top, Spread pineapple wit juice over top of cake, let cool. Make pudding according to package directions. Stir in sour cream and spread on top of pineapple. Cover with whipped topping and sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
