Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tblsp. chili powder
- 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
- olive oil
- Sauce:
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tomato sauce can of water
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tblsp. margarine
- salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the meatball ingredients and form into 1" balls. Heat olive oil in saucepan and brown the meatballs.
Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients and heat.
Put the meatballs in a baking dish and add sauce to cover the meatballs halfway. Cook at 300 degrees for 1 hour, turning meatballs as needed to keep them moist, at least twice.
Can be served hot with cocktail toothpicks for an appetizer, or used as an entree.
