Ingredients
- 1 lb. Chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Soya Sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Ground Ginger
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 3/4 Tbsp. Hot Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Green Onions
- 1 Red Pepper, cut into strips

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken until no longer pink.
Add ginger, garlic and pepper flakes.
Add onion and pepper to chicken and cook until crisp-tender.
In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
Add to chicken mixture and simmer until thickened.
Serve over rice or vermicelli noodles.
