Balsamic Chicken Drumettes

Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Chicken Wings &/or Drumettes
- 1/2 C. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 C. Honey
- 1/4 C. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 C. Packed Brown Sugar
- 5 Garlic Cloves, cut in half
- Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds, toasted
- 2 Tbsp. Flat-Leaf Italian Parsley, chopped

Step 1
First, prepare the marinade: Mix together the balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, brown sugar & garlic cloves. Place chicken drumettes in a resealable plastic bag & add the marinade along with fresh sprigs of rosemary. Take most of the air out of the bag, then seal. Massage the marinade around the chicken, then place the bag in a bowl in the refrigerator & marinate for 2 hrs. or overnight. Meanwhile, chop some flat-leaf italian parsley. Place drumettes evenly on baking sheet, then pour remaining marinade into a saucepan ( tossing out the rosemary & garlic ), cooking over med. heat till liquid is reduced & sauce thickens ( approx. 15 min. ) Bake drumettes at 450 for 30 min. When done, brush thickened marinade over drumettes; sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds & chopped parsley; Serve .
