- Dressing:
- 2 cucumbers, chopped
- 3-4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 6 oz fat free feta cheese
- 1/2 cup olives
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- pepper to taste
