- olive oil
- Petite Sirloin Steaks
- onion
- celery
- parsley
- cauliflower
- mushrooms
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 3 Tablespoons ICBINB
- 2 cans beef broth
- 3-4 bouillon cubes

Preparation
Step 1
Spray oil in pan. Brown cubed beef. Saute with onion, celery, parsley. Make roux with flour and margarine. Add to vegetables and add mushrooms. Stir in beef broth and 3 or 4 dissolved bouillon cubes. Add cauliflower and simmer until cauliflower is tender.
