Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken cooked and diced
  • 2 cups pineapple diced- save juice
  • 1 cup seedless grapes- halved
  • 2 packages Blue Diamond Salted Almonds
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • mayonnaise thinned with pineapple juice

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken with onion, garlic and salt and white wine. Cook and dice, add all ingredients but mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Add mayonnaise just before serving.
