Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken cooked and diced
- 2 cups pineapple diced- save juice
- 1 cup seedless grapes- halved
- 2 packages Blue Diamond Salted Almonds
- 1 cup diced celery
- mayonnaise thinned with pineapple juice

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken with onion, garlic and salt and white wine. Cook and dice, add all ingredients but mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Add mayonnaise just before serving.
