Ingredients

  • 2 3 ounce packages raspberry jello
  • 1 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 (1 pound 4 ounce) can crushed pineapple-undrained
  • 1 (1 pound) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 3/4 cup California Port Wine
  • 1 cup choped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Crisp Salad Greens

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in pineapple, cran berry sauce and wine. Chill until mixture thickens slightly. fold in nuts and turn into 9x9x2 square pan. Chill until firm. When se soften cheese and gradually beat in sour cream until mixture is smooth. Spread over gelatin. Chill. When ready to serve cut into squares and arrange on crisp salad greens.
