Ingredients
- 4 or 5 thick pork chops (salted and peppered)
- 2 or 3 large potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch
- 1 or 2 onions, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 can water

Step 1
Brown pork chops in a little oil for a couple of min. on each side. Remove from pan. Stir soup and water into same pan over low heat till smooth. Return pork chops to pan and add potatoes and onions on top of the pork chops. Try to spoon the sauce over the top of chops, potatoes and onions. Cover the pan and cook over med-low heat till potatoes are done, about 35-40 min. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
