Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c safflower or canola oil
- 3/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c worchestire sauce
- 2 T dry mustard
- 2 1/4 t salt
- 1 T pepper
- 1/2 c red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 t parsley flakes (dried)
- 2 crushed garlic cloved
- 1/3 c fresh lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine and mix well.
Marinade flank overnight. Two is best.
Grill about 4 min. each side.
Slice thinly across the diagonal.
Can be used a second time. Store in tightly covered jar or zip lock in fridge for 1 wk. Or in freezer forever.
