Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c safflower or canola oil
  • 3/4 c soy sauce
  • 1/4 c worchestire sauce
  • 2 T dry mustard
  • 2 1/4 t salt
  • 1 T pepper
  • 1/2 c red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 t parsley flakes (dried)
  • 2 crushed garlic cloved
  • 1/3 c fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and mix well.

Marinade flank overnight. Two is best.

Grill about 4 min. each side.

Slice thinly across the diagonal.

Can be used a second time. Store in tightly covered jar or zip lock in fridge for 1 wk. Or in freezer forever.
